Gear up for all the Fall with North Meck and Birdsong Brewing! This year we will be hosting Fall for a Shelter Pet! Enjoy the Autumn weather, seasonal release of Birdsong Brewing’s Cranberry Cozy, and adoptable dogs! There will be games for all to enjoy as well as a pumpkin patch! For a $20 donation you can pick up a large sized pumpkin (approximately 10-13 pounds) to take home and carve for Halloween! There will be a limited number available on a first come first served basis, so be sure to get there early! 100% of proceeds will go directly to the North Meck dogs! There will also be a Fall themed costume contest for our furry friends! Costume contest entry will be $10 (a reduced price will be offered if you purchase a pumpkin!) and categories will include: 🍁🍂🧣Coziest Canine: For dogs dressed in warm, comfy, and cozy Fall attire like sweaters, scarves, or flannel shirts. 🚜👩‍🌾👨‍🌾Barnyard Buddies: Costumes showcasing farmyard critters like scarecrows, chickens, or even pint-sized farmers. 🥧🍎🌽Furry Foodie: Costumes that celebrate beloved seasonal foods like pie, pumpkins, corn, pumpkin spice lattes, etc. 🦄🎨🎭Most Unique/Creative Open to any imaginative costume, or a blend of the categories mentioned above, pushing the boundaries of creativity. 👯🐕👯‍♂️Best Group ($15 fee): Includes any of the aforementioned categories but emphasizes costumes crafted for a group of dogs or a delightful dog-human duo.
