Disclosure of Donor Information
NMAR will not trade, share or sell a donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other unaffiliated organizations unless the donor has given NMAR specific permission to do so.
Collection, Retention, and Use of Information
NMAR collects nonpublic personal information about you from the forms we receive from you. NMAR will only collect information as we believe is reasonably useful in administering our business and to provide products, services and other opportunities to adopters/donors.

Also included in the NMAR website is the capability for you to correspond with NAMR employees and volunteers. This correspondence via e-mail and forms may be for the purpose of asking general questions, adoption, fostering, or volunteering. These activities may include sharing some personal information about yourself with NMAR. E-mail addresses from those who correspond with NMAR are collected along with any other information you provide, for example, adoption applications or donations. Whether you are an adopter/donor of NMAR, personal information will be collected from you if, and only if, you voluntarily provide that information.
Website Security
NMAR uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect and encrypt online donation and order information while it is being transferred on the internet. SSL is a proven coding system allowing browsers to automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before it is sent. This is the industry standard. NMAR also protects account information by placing it on a secure portion of the site accessible only by certain qualified employees of the Society.

NMAR’s utilizes a third-party service, NeonCRM, for secured processing of donations and fundraising. NeonCRM has a separate privacy policy that can be found by visiting their site: https://www.neoncrm.com/security-privacy/. NMAR’s site contains links to other websites. In an attempt to provide people with increased value, there may be third party links on NMAR’s site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies and, therefore, NMAR takes no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Please note that links or clicks to third-party sites will take people to another website for which NMAR has no responsibility and the privacy statements on all such sites are different from the privacy statements for NMAR. Opt-out, Remove or Modify Your Information
To modify an email address, phone number or mailed communication preferences or to completely opt-out of receiving NMAR email or mailings, contact NMAR via email. There is always an ‘Unsubscribe’ link in all email newsletters to allow people to unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing to one communication will result in removal from all contact.
