Griffin
GriffinGriffinGriffinGriffin

If you are interested in meeting Griffin, please go to our website and fill out an application. www.northmeckanimalrescue.org Griffin is a playful boy with lots of love to give. Griffin is a great little size and loves to play, play, play! He's a good at fetch and will also play with his toys independently. He is a very sweet, cuddly and loving dog. Unfortunately, Griffin came from a home where the children constantly provoked him so he will be more comfortable in an adult-only home. Although he is dog friendly, Griffin would love to be the only pet in the household so he can have all your attention. While there is no debate when it comes to Griffin's cuteness...where he gets his cuteness from is certainly is...our best guess is that he has beagle, chi, pug, and likely others!! Griffin is just under a year old and weighs about 28 pounds. He's a fun little dog who will make a great companion. Griffin's adoption fee is $195 which covers his shots, neuter and microchip. If you are interested in adopting Griffin, please go to our website and fill out an application. www.northmeckanimalrescue.org » Apply For Adoption »

Tobie
TobieTobieTobieTobieTobie

Tobie is a chihuahua mix that was rescued about 6 years ago. The veterinarian thinks he may be 9-10 years old. Tobie’s owner died recently and he was her world. He is very sweet, loves to cuddle, likes to go on walks, and is obsessed with fetch! Tobie is not house trained, he likes to urinate on corners of things. This problem is solved by wearing a belly band, which is like a diaper for a male dog. He wears it no problem at all. They are washable. Tobie's owner did not crate him, but he stays in one now no problem at all. He doesn’t “love it”, but he has become used to it when no one is at home. Tobie would love an owner that can spend lots of time with him tossing the tennis ball, snuggling, and just relaxing. Tobie is up to date on all shots and has no health problems. Adoption fee is $175 and includes: spay/neuter, parvo/distemper series of shots, rabies (if dog is old enough), bordetella, heartworm preventative while here, worming, and microchip. Wagner
WagnerWagnerWagnerWagner

If you are interested in meeting or adopting Wagner, please go to our website and fill out an application. www.northmeckanimalrescue.org There are so many things to love about our Wags. First, he's got those adorable fold over ears (which sometimes fly straight out to the side) and beautiful eyes. He's always a happy boy and absolutely loves toys! It is so cute the way he throws his toys up in the air and runs around like he has the most valuable treasure in the world. When he sees his favorite people, he just about folds in half from wagging so much! It will likely come as no surprise that his nickname is Wiggity Wags. He loves treats too and will sit like a statue to earn them. Wags really is a sweet boy and yet he has spent the last 2 years waiting for his forever family. That kind of waiting takes a toll. He's missed out on some socialization other dogs get in a home. He can get nervous around new things and will need his new loving family to help him gain the confidence needed to overcome these challenges. Wags is super smart and takes direction well, if his new family can provide some training and socialization to help him, he will absolutely thrive in his new home. He was let down by his first family so it is so important to make sure his next family is "the one". Wagner enjoys playing with other dogs but does not like to share. Therefore, he needs to be the only dog in his home.Wagner will do best in a house with a fenced in yard. Apt. living will be too stressful on him. Wagner is 2 years old and weighs about 50 pounds. The adoption fee is $225 which includes all his shots, microchip and neuter. Please go to our website and fill out an application. www.northmeckanimalrescue.org » Apply For Adoption »
